Please review the following basic terms that govern your
use of and purchase of products from ProKennex.Com.Sg
Site. Your use of this site or placement of an order or
submittal of any purchase order to ProKennex.Com.Sg
indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall supercede any
subsequent terms or conditions included with any
purchase order. ProKennex.Com.Sg reserves the right to
make changes to this site and these terms and conditions
at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to processing by our
distribution center and we will refund the full amount.
If the order is in transit, you will only be charged for
the shipping cost and 20% cancellation fee.
If the delivery is refused for any reason, we will only
charge you for the shipping cost to and from your
location and 20% cancellation fee. Actual transportation
costs will be provided at the time of the return.
Return and Claim Policy
We like you to be satisfied with your purchases. But,
for any reason, if you did not like the merchandise,
please call us with 5 days. We will arrange for it to be
picked up. You’ll be charged for the transportation cost
to and from your location and 20% cancellation fee.
Actual transportation costs will be provided at the time
of the return.
After delivery if you find any defect, please call us
with 3 days, we will arrange for inspection and repair.
If it cannot be repaired, we will replace the item at NO
CHARGE to you.
During delivery, if you find any damaged item, please
refuse delivery of the item and contact us
immediately. Do not refuse delivery of the entire
shipment, just the damaged item. We will replace the
damaged item at NO CHARGE to you.
Please pack the defective merchandise in original
package.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
We work hard to keep the ProKennex website as up-to-date
and accurate as possible. However, human and technical
errors may exist, including typographical errors,
inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product
description, pricing and availability. We therefore
reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions and to change or update information at any
time without prior notice (including after you have
submitted your order).
ProKennex.Com.Sg shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price.
Out of Stock Items
In Stock items usually processed and delivered within 3
business days. ProKennex.Com.Sg will let you know by a
follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected
is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm
availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an
expected delivery time.
Order Acceptance Policy
ProKennex.Com.Sg reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason. ProKennex.Com.Sg reserves the right at
any time after receipt of your order, without prior
notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval
with an acceptable method of payment. We may require
additional verifications or information before accepting
any order all orders placed over $300.00 (Singapore
Dollars).
Sales Taxes
ProKennex.Com.Sg shall automatically charge and withhold
the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within Singapore. Each customer shall be
solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes,
on orders shipped to any other location.
Privacy Policy
ProKennex.Com.Sg is committed to protecting your
privacy. We collect only that personal information
(name, address, email, etc.) that you voluntarily
provide to us (e.g. by purchase). We use the personal
information you provide to complete and service your
purchase transactions. We do not sell or rent the
contact information of our customers to other companies
